March 5 2009 - Temperatures Rising

Quick weather update - March 5 2009 - Temperature was in the 50's and streams really starting to open up. With the rising temperatures, fishing will really be picking up. Snowpack is all but non-existent so streams will be running clear until next rainfall. Today is Thursday and this weekend should be excellent steelhead fishing. Be very careful if venturing onto ice in Presque Isle and Misery Bay.
