Stream Fishing Conditions Improving

The area received less rain than anticipated. The local stream levels are decreasing and the water is beginning to clear up. If there isn't any rain tonight, streams will be in good shape tomorrow. Today the streams were still a little high and the fishing holes were on the cloudy side. I visited a couple areas and did not see any fish caught. If you are fishing tomorrow, try larger and brighter colors and use a little more weight to get down to the fish. Good Luck!

This is a local photo of Cascade Creek which runs through Erie. The stream gets decent runs of steelhead but today I did not see any fish caught and fisherman reports indicated that no fish were being caught.
